Arsenal do Alfeite, SA promoted last November 11 a lecture on LEAN and Continuous Improvement of Processes.

This lecture was given by BGEN ENGAER Pedro Salvada and COR/TMMEL Alfredo Nobre from the Directorate of Engineering and Programs of the Portuguese Air Force, having attended all the heads of the AA as well as other external entities (Navy and FCT).

These management tools are topics to which Arsenal is giving great focus, thus the sharing of experiences between entities is quite relevant and of great added value.
