Arsenal do Alfeite, S.A., through this Service, develops training activities in the following areas:

• Training, internal and external, for the employees of Arsenal Alfeite, S.A. and ensured all phases of the training cycle, from needs assessment to evaluation of training effectiveness
• Training within the System of Learning and Education and Training Youth/Adults in partnership with Institute of Employment and Professional Training (Portuguese), being offered dual certification courses for the professional opportunities in the areas of specific training in the naval and industrial repair 
• Training for curriculum and professional internship, promoting the implementation of training courses / training practice in the context of work for young people and adults.

Can be available vacancies in the planned courses, or organize specific courses each year for the satisfaction of needs of enterprises or institutions through specific agreements or protocols to be established.
